Target Group: 100–200 school‑aged children (primary & secondary)

Full‑Day Programme Schedule (9:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

  • 9:00 – 9:30 AM — Arrival & Registration: Welcome table, name tags, Sarah Grace golf t‑shirt distribution, music playing
  • 9:30 – 9:45 AM — Opening Prayer & Welcome Remarks: Brief devotion and purpose of the event by foundation representative
  • 9:45 – 10:15 AM — Icebreakers & Name Games: Fun activities to warm up and help kids connect with one another
  • 10:15 – 10:45 AM — Motivational Talk: A young achiever or local role model shares a short inspirational message of hope and resilience
  • 10:45 – 11:15 AM — Frisbee Fun Time — Session 1: Simple frisbee drills and basic game intro (groups of 20–30 children)
  • 11:15 AM – 12:00 PM — Group Activities & Creative Expression: Art corner (coloring, drawing what you want to be), music & dance circle
  • 12:00 – 1:00 PM — Lunch: Nutritious meal served to all guests. Special serving station for younger children
  • 1:00 – 1:45 PM — Frisbee Tournament — Session 2: Small‑sided matches, teamwork and laughter (rotational format)
  • 1:45 – 2:30 PM — Storytelling Circle / Spoken Word: Sharing uplifting stories, poems or songs from the kids or guests
  • 2:30 – 3:00 PM — Gift Distribution Ceremony: Each child receives a school package (books, pens, shoes, small gifts, etc.) and a personal message card
  • 3:00 – 3:45 PM — Dance, Singing & Celebration Time: Christmas music, games, face painting, and joyful singing
  • 3:45 – 4:15 PM — Closing Words & Blessing: Words of encouragement, thanks to volunteers & partners, prayer for 2026
  • 4:15 – 4:30 PM — Group Photos & Departure: Capture the joy, group photos in t‑shirts, farewell hugs and goodie bags handed out

  • To celebrate and uplift children with joy, gifts, and food
  • To remind them they are not forgotten — they are loved, seen, and valued
  • To introduce healthy recreation (ultimate frisbee) and plant seeds of hope and confidence for the new year
  • To give practical school tools that empower them to begin 2026 with readiness and motivation
